Architecture Committee

Architectural Committee

The Parrish Park HOA Architectural Committee is charged with ensuring the Parrish Park community maintains the architectural and grounds-keeping standards laid out in the architectural guidelines. The Committee reviews and approves architectural change requests, conducts inspections of homes and yards on an annual basis, and addresses any changes necessary for compliance with the guidelines.

Please contact the Architectural Committee at architecturalcommittee [at] parrishpark.org.

The Architectural Guidelines describe the process for making architectural changes to homes and/or major yard projects. Note that the Guidelines are not meant as a substitute for County permitting requirements, nor does approval of an architectural change obviate the need for the homeowner to obtain the appropriate building permits and inspections. The Guidelines and a blank Architectural Review application are provided below.
